👁 Peripheral Vision Training

Widen your gaze and hold a soft, panoramic focus — the same visual lever that shifts the nervous system out of tunnel-vision alertness and toward calm. Keep your eyes on the center shape; let the edges come to you.

How to use it

Keep your eyes fixed on the shape in the center. When a dot flashes at the edge of your view, click (or tap) it without moving your eyes. The tool tracks your hits and misses so you can watch your peripheral awareness sharpen over time.

Why it helps

Stress narrows sight into a tight "tunnel." Deliberately widening into soft, panoramic vision is one of the fastest visual levers for lowering autonomic arousal — a calming, parasympathetic shift. Practising here trains you to find and hold that wide gaze on demand.

How to train: Keep your eyes focused on the center shape. When targets appear in your peripheral vision, you can either click them to measure accuracy, or simply notice them without clicking to practice pure awareness. Choose your measurement mode below.
